  Worked on making estimation of the EOP in a form of 
  an expansion over the B-spline robust. Investigated 
  different schemes of imposing constraints on EOP mean 
  and rate.
  
  Processed seven experiments in L2 level and one experiments
  at L1. 

  Worked on software for processing single dish experiment.
