The VLBI catalogue contains positions, estimates of correlated flux density and images of compact extragalactic radio sources from reanalysis 5513 VLBI experiments at the VLBA, LBA, EVN, VERA, and IVS under absolute astrometry and geodesy programs since 1980.04.11 through 2012.12.26. In total, over 9.94 million values of group delays were used in the LSQ solution. Refer to the home page of the solution for more details.
This catalogue contains a subset of VLBI source list. These objects were found in the vicinity of 2FGL objects: they are within 95% probability of their localization derived 2FLG position errors and wihtin 10' of 2FGL, whichever is less. They are considered as likely associations with γ-ray objects. Parsec scale analysis of the Fermi LAT bright source list has confirmed that γ-ray emission and parsec-scale radio emission are strongly related. It was shown that γ-ray bright AGNs from the Fermi list tend to have faster and brighter parsec-scale jets than γ-ray weak AGN which belong to radio-selected sample of extragalactic jets. They were found to have preferentially smaller jet viewing angles and higher Doppler boosting factors. Direct correlation between γ-ray photon flux and parsec-scale radio flux density was also detected.
